Contech Software & Engineering GmbH was founded to establish a complete solution for preventive and reactive fault analysis as an Industry 4.0 standard. The result is the Analyser® – an AI software system that automates fourteen years of project experience in real time, for production, development and assembly.
A digital production assistant
The Analyser® detects fault patterns fully automatically – a screwdriver slipping during a bolted joint, for instance – and passes causes and recommended action straight to the operator.
Prediction instead of reaction
The predictive analytics tool also uncovers the causes of quality and cost problems in production and development. The forecasting models serve to regulate and control product and process parameters and to support statistical process control – for lasting quality and lower cost.
